Pools are a very common in the Hampton Roads area, but also a major concern when purchasing a new home. Inside Out Home Inspections will evaluate every aspect of your new pool to ensure that there's nothing but summer fun! Our expertise can save you time and money, while also providing the peace of mind that you need. The pool does need to be open and running at the time of inspection so that we can provide the level of service that you deserve.

Air quality is important in any home, but if you have allergies to mold and suspect moisture issues in a house, then it may be well worth the extra effort to fully test your new home. Our testing services include full lab results with charts and explanations of each type of mold allergen. It is a comprehensive analysis that you can only get with professional services. 

And it's less expensive as an add-on service. We would do it for free if we could, but unfortunately this service does come with equipment and lab expenses on our end. 

If you're like most people, a detached garage is an important reason why you're buying the house. But since it's not actually attached to the house, they tend to be overlooked in some ways. At Inside Out Home Inspections, we always do basic inspections of detached garages, but if your garage has an electrical subpanel, maybe a second level, in-law suite, or more than one garage door, then this service is worth the investment.

Irrigation systems are only important when you need them. You're paying for it in the price of your new home... but does it work? You can wait until you move in to test it. Honestly, that's what most people do. Even if it works, does it cover the whole yard with proper overlapping? Are all the heads working? What about leaks and runoff? We always make the effort to at least turn the system on in the summer months within a general inspection, but this service is a more comprehensive view of the overall system.  Know what you're buying.
